Eating doritos when you get home and then going biking doesnt do anything. Healthy food alwys works w/ exerci

|||getting into shape is alot easier when your younger, I do whats called H O C, alot of pro athletes use H O C it stands for HIGH OCTANE CARDIO and more info can be found in my forum http://www.ptcentral.info
