Fitness!!!!?

ok, i am trying to get fit this summer so that I can join the soccer team in my school next year. What should i do!?!?!


I am roughly around 160 pounds and im about 5'7 or 5'8. Im 13 years olds. What do i do?!!? Help !?|||Don't worry about how much you weigh. If you want to try out for the soccer team, they won't care how much you weigh, but how good of a soccer player you are. Obviously, you want to be fit so you can run without dying on the field. The average soccer player runs about 2-3 miles during each game. So, try jogging so your body is used to the amount of exercise that you will be doing. Then make sure that you practice your soccer skills. Practice dribbling the ball without looking at it and juggling (bouncing the ball from one foot or leg to the other without letting it touch the gorund). Find someone who will practice with you so you can pass, block, and dribble around each other. Good luck! I know you can do it!!!|||Like its been said before, who cares how much or how little you weigh. Who cares how tall or short you are. Who cares how skinny or fat. Alls that matters is what you can do with yourself. In soccer, you need control of the ball, easy maneuverability, and speed.
