Where can I find health and fitness articles to summarize?

Hi, for my physical education class the teacher has his students write a full page summary on a health and fitness article. I am not sure where too find long enough articles to summarize for a whole page. I really need help finding all these articles. Thanks!|||Body Builder Magazine..
