ummmmm ok this is gonna sound weird but how do u get rid of chins and really big thighs?|||cardio vascular exercises. You can do chin ups at the gym and use some other machines at the gym for your inner thighs.|||Control your diet by eating less cholesterol intake, lots of exercises at least thrice a week for thirty Minuit's|||Girl I don't know..That's what I'm working on!|||Just start a weight loss routine with a proper diet and you will shed it off. jogging, quick-paced walking-- do events that get your heart rate up. Eat more veggies %26amp; fruits. It's hard to target specific areas but it will all work its way off if you stick to a good plan.|||Overall bodyfat reduction is the best answer that I could give you. If you were to reduce your caloric intake and incorporate a cardio or training routine it would be the best way to go about losing the extra adipose tissue.|||exercise! muscle tone makes you look great and also helps you lose weight. many women overlook weight training, but it does wonders for how your body looks. also, the more muscle you have, the more calories (fat) you burn even when you're sitting around!|||go jogging
