Honestly, I keep finding different numbers everywhere I go. Some say 60 situps in 1 minute, others say 55 in 2 minutes. Run time for a mile being around 8 minutes. The exact digits don't really matter. Just train as hard as you can and be prepared for anything. They might promote you for excelling. ;)|||for females its easy as long as you are in ok shape and the link that cptfrost gave is correct for push ups but there is a minimum for everything including push ups, sit ups, and run time...But as far as getting promoted that's a negative the only "reward" you get if you get honor grad.
