How about the zumba fitness dvd and Does it suitable for fitness?

i want to lose weight ,but have no time, just want do it at home,





how about the zumba fitness? Does it work?|||I personally find Zumba amazing.


It has exercises/dance moves that works you're entire body, in a funner way than hitting the gym.


I also like to do it with a couple of friends to make it easy, and then you are more accountable and more likely t!o be motivated.


Combining social activities and exercise is a good way too stay motivated too|||Zumba is the perfect workout for you. And trust me you dont need a special diet with Zumba... this is because you can loose up to 1000 calories an hour doing zumba.. every zumba move is made to work your entire body, from arms,to stomach, legs, everything. even better do it with more people =]

|||Zumba is a great exercise. It is all cardio and that is the best way to lose weight. You may also want to consider taking supplements to help speed the process along. Not steroids or creatine but more natural supplements and vitamins.|||Zumba works pretty well if you stick to a good balanced diet! Also think about adding supplements to your diet. GlycoCarn or any protein would work!
