What are the tipping expectations at the 24 hour fitness kids club?

I like using the 24 hour fitness kids club, but the cost really adds up if you use it a few times a week. I'd especially like to hear from someone that works there.|||Why would you tip them? You pay for the service, correct? Do you tip babysitters you use along with their pay? No, and that's what the child care there is.|||I don't think you have to tip at all.
