Fitness!!!! ~*!!?

i just need to know some exercises to get myself movin!! got any?|||Have you tried the Cruch-Ola?


The crunch is more safe and effective than its antiquated cousin the sit-up. To do the perfect crunch... lie on the floor with knees bent and arms crossed in front of your chest. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and slowly contract your abs, lifting your shoulders 1-3 inches off the floor. Focus on shortening the distance between the bottom of your rib cage and your pelvis. Slowly lower your shoulders but don't relax all the way.|||Try dancin in your room 1st to your fave music / walking 20 minutes 3 times a week is great too / if you enjoy swimming, that's a whole body work out w/ cardio work in one. Or get an exercise ball and the instructions should also bring a poster with a whole bunch of exercises.

|||Find a nice serene park to walk through.|||There's this one were u squat down 4 times fast then on the 4th you jump as high as you can. It works 4 your leg mussels and but!
