What should a man in his fifties fitness program look like?
I am interested in what other men in their fifties do for high level fitness training. I have been working out throughout my adult life but I wonder how other guys have adapted their workouts.|||Many men don't get regular physicals. If you have seen your doctor and have been given approval, then up your level. For this, talk to a trainer who understands the needs of men at this age. If your knees are in good shape, and your heart is good, and you pass a Thalium stress test, I don't see why there would be a need to cut back.
