Fitness??? : )?

I really want to build up my lower abdominals, especially since the warmer weather is approaching.





I was just wondering if anyone has any exercises that I can do to help strengthen, my stomach area. Ya know, make it look good.





The only problem is, I dont have any equipment for it. I know of crunches, but i just need something more.





Anyone have any good ideas on how to make my stomach more ripped?? LOL





10+POINTS for best answer!!!!|||i garentee this wil work. lay on ur back and bend your legs, in a sit up position. cross your legs over one another. bring up your legs over your head. make sure that your butt comes off the ground. do 20 of these very day. if you need to take a 5 second break after 10, thats ok. after 30 days, your abs should start to go down. this helps your lover abs espexcially b/c they r a hard place to reach.
