is running good to lose weight???|||Congratulations on your decision to become fitter. Running is a good way to start. This will help with your cardio and get your metabolism going. Ther are other forms of exercise to help tone up the body as well. Just stay on track try and find a buddy to do it with that is a good way to keep from getting discouraged. This will help to keep each other going.

There is really no quick weight loss, but just stay away from the junk food, foods with high sugar content, and high carbs. Drink alot of water, eat fruits, vegetable, and protien.

Go to www.pandkcompany.com/fitness.html this site has good programs for fitness and weight loss. Stay focused and you will get there.|||Any exercise is better than none.

Running is a decent way to start out. If you've never worked out before, start with a goal of say 1 mile a day. If that goes well, after a week up it to 2 miles a day, and so on. You can also try bicycling, swimming, or anything that will get your heart rate up and you moving around. If you don't break a sweat, you're probably not trying hard enough.

As for diet, one of the most important first steps is trying to cut down on junk food - especially sugary junk food. That means less candy, soda, juice. Also try to limit your carbs like bread, pasta, rice. You don't have to totally stay away from them, but limiting how much you eat will help your body to naturally stop storing excess weight.

Good luck!|||Is there any good instant weight loss plans out there? If there is, let me know. Otherwise, patience seems to be a virtue. There are several diets and weight loss plans that plague us every day, but if you want to get healthy, you will ignore them. The best way to lose weight is to do it slowly, because then you will be able to develop habits that will help keep the weight off.

Now, there are some shortcuts that will not have you sacrifice your health, and yet, you will begin seeing results a little quicker. The information for them is listed below. Good luck!
