What would be the best fitness regime for me?

I was wondering what the best fitness plan would be for me. I want to improve my fitness and tone my body. I will run but I prefer other cardio activities to mix it up. What would be the best weekly plan for me? Also, any other tips you may have to help me reach my goal. Thanks!|||I heard that lifting weights first and then doing your cardio exercise right after the weight workout will burn more calories in the long run. Remember that you have to eat healthy too or you may not notice results as quickly. You could always speak to a personal trainer in your area and they could give you advice.|||p90x is perfect!!!!!!, if u cant get that id recommend spinning as an alternative to running
